Weddings can be stressful - we get it.  

That's why the BG team is here for you 7 days a week.  Your question will probably be answered below, but if it's not, or you need extra assurance on anything, we got you. We're here to make the bridal accessory process as easy and enjoyable as possible. 

Shipping

Where can you ship to?

In short, anywhere you live. We ship to all 50 states, as well as internationally. 

There are a couple pockets of the world we may not be able to get to, but shoot us an email and we'll see what we can do.

 

How much does it cost to SHIP, and how long will it take?

Our basic domestic shipping fees are as follows:

  1. USPS Priority Mail (2 business days for arrival*, insured): $4.99
  2. UPS Ground (1-5 business days for arrival*, insured): $11.00
  3. Please contact us if your preferred shipping method is not shown

*Allow 1 to 2 business days for us to receive and process your order. If you have a tight deadline, please email us so that we can expedite processing if possible. For Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico shipments, add an additional 1 to 3 days for shipment time.

Our basic international shipping fees are as follows:

  1. USPS First Class Mail (10 - 14 business days for arrival, uninsured): $15.00
  2. USPS Priority Mail (6 - 10 business days for arrival, insured): $35.00

Products

What size are your garters?

Our garters are one size fits most. Unstretched, their circumference is 12.25" - 14", depending on the style. They will stretch up from 24" - 26.5". If this doesn't work for you, please email us with your measurement request, and we'll make you a special order for an additional cost of $10 for customization.

 

Where are your products made?

Short answer: Most of our garters are made right here, in sunny California!  

Now let's get technical with materials origin. We've scoured the trimming world looking for the highest quality materials at the most affordable price, and brought them to you.  The lace is from Europe, and the ribbon and tulle are from China.  Our packaging is made in Canada, and our shipping boxes, tissue paper, shred filler, stickers, postcards, and all other paper material are made in the U.S.A. 

 

can I have my wedding date or groom-to-be's name embroidered on my garter?

At this time, we do not embroider our primary line of garters.  We do offer embroidery on our luxury line of tie garters, which we will be relaunching this summer. 

 

I WANT TO DO THE TRADITIONAL GARTER TOSS, BUT DON'T WANT TO LOSE MY GARTER! WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Purchase a toss garter! That way you can keep your primary garter - it makes a lovely keepsake from your wedding day. You can choose the toss garter add-on on the individual product pages.

 

I'm SCARED MY GARTER WON'T STAY UP ON MY LEG FOR THE WHOLE NIGHT! 

It will, trust us! If you'd like reassurance, though, wear it around your house though the evening and see how it feels. If for any reason it begins to shimmy down your leg or feel loose, you can take it to any tailor and have them take it in a smidge (an easy, cheap, and quick alteration!).

 

HOW WILL I KNOW IF MY GARTER WILL SHOW THROUGH MY DRESS? I DON'T WANT A LUMPY LOOKING LEG. 

Feel free to email us a photo of your dress and we'll try to advise you. Usually, most dresses with layers of crinoline, or a thicker fabric, or a structure that sits away from your thigh, won't show a garter. If you are not happy with the way your garter looks underneath your dress, please refer to our exchange policy.

 

CAN I SEE YOUR GARTERS IN PERSON?

Yes! You can find our garters at any of our authorized retailers. Please visit our Stockists page to find out where Bleu Garters is carried.

 

WHERE ARE YOUR TIE GARTERS?  I WANT ONE!

We've worked ourselves to the bone creating new products and a new interface to share with you, and haven't had the staff to devote to maintain the high quality of our tie garters.  Don't fret though, they're coming back shortly! We'll re-release our luxury tie garters in Summer 2017. Go ahead and email us with your request, and we'll notify you when your particular style is available - some styles will be available for purchase as early as Spring 2017.

 

WILL YOU BE OFFERING MORE STYLES OR COLORS IN THE NEAR FUTURE?

Maybe! We're collecting feedback and are open to expanding our line. Email us with your requests - we'd love to hear from you.  And don't forget to sign up for our mailing list to be notified about new releases.

can i eXCHANGE OR RETURN MY GARTER?

We want to be sure that you are, or the bride-to-be is, happy with your purchase- that's why we offer an exchange policy. Although it's unusual in the wedding industry to do this, we're determined to make sure you get what you want! You may exchange your unused, unworn, undamaged purchase for another product offered by Bleu Garters within 14 days of receipt of your order.  After your product has been received by us and inspected, we'll issue you a credit to use on bleugarters.com within 30 business days.

Email us at hello@bleugarters.com to proceed with your exchange. Please note that we do not accept exchanges that have not been authorized with us via email. 

At this time, we do not offer returns.


How do I redeem a Bleu Garters gift card?

As you are checking out at bleugarters.com, enter your gift card number into the coupon codes box. The amount of your gift card will be automatically deducted from your total.

You will be charged as soon as your order is accepted and processed.

What forms of payment do you accept?

You may choose to pay with credit card, debit card, or Apple pay via our website ecommerce payment processing system, Stripe.  Or, you can pay with your PayPal account.
